Fan recolors

Please do not upload fan recolors, like the Bulbasaur Shiny Dream World art you are uploading. If you send a Shiny Pokémon to the Dream World, it retains its normal art (I have tried it myself). This image is fan art and has no use on any Bulbawiki project. Also, if your file is deleted, you should not reupload it. Instead, ask the person who deleted it why it was deleted. --SnorlaxMonster 17:41, 18 June 2011 (UTC)
