Submission summaries

Again, welcome to Bulbapedia, Eeveelutionred. I recently approved your DVD box cover submissions, and have no trouble with the images themselves, but next time, I would like it if they were properly categorized and given proper summaries before being submitted. If you can see here how I changed File:Journeys Collection 2.jpg, you'll notice it has a proper summary, copyright tag, and categories of each of the characters featured on the image.
