Tagged for deletion, as I've found it to be [http://www.psi-soft.co.uk/images/P/PMD/15.jpg stolen from an online store]. I'm prepping Japanese card images in order to complete Majestic Dawn and I would prefer to use a Japanese image for that not only because it's stolen but because the border is mostly cut off and there is a large mark by the Poké-Body.
