::::::: I don't need to, I guess, but it makes the process simple and I like to work efficiently. With 0% tolerance it lets me see where the artwork begins, that's how I noticed the pixels in the background of your images (which are still very nice, don't take it as knock on them). I select the background, invert the selection, crop the body of the Pokémon, open the canvas resizing window, check the difference between height and width, divide it by two, I know that's the amount of pixels I will need on both sides to center the image perfectly. Takes about 10 seconds. Much easier than doing the selection by hand and messing around with pixel count.
