:::::I can only speak for the generations and supplemental side games (Stadium, XD, and Battle Revolution for example), but would it make sense to split up the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series games to have their own move template, as that is the only other game series I see on various move pages? Also, :Category:Moves (game), wouldn't each category I am proposing be like a few hundred different moves for each game, where newer games would have more than older ones, as opposed to 10,000 images that includes every game ever? Special:WantedCategories could be a great tool to see how many images are generated for each category. | :::::I can only speak for the generations and supplemental side games (Stadium, XD, and Battle Revolution for example), but would it make sense to split up the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series games to have their own move template, as that is the only other game series I see on various move pages? :::::Also it would make things a bit easier to replace images. I am doing a little bit here and there to recapture the various moves in the Stadium games. I have a tab open for :Category:Stadium and my uploads were mostly happening with me using that category as a starting point. I have noticed that these screenshots are overly large and blurry with more recent uploads :File:Dream Eater Stad.png and early uploads had emulator glitches :File:Twineedle Stad2.png. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) 03:50, 13 April 2022 (UTC) | :::::Also it would make things a bit easier to replace images. ::::::To be clear, not opposed to "Category:Generation n moves" where it is a subcategory of each Generation n game. For game-specific categories, I am thinking of examples like but not limited to Teachy TV images for FireRed/LeafGreen category, first iteration Generation III Battle Tower images for Ruby/Sapphire and Crystal category, Battle Frontier images for Emerald, Platinum, and HeartGold/SoulSilver category, and Surfing Pikachu for Yellow category. Slashes indicate game pairings where images from both games are in the same category while commas or spaces separate categories. Like for example:
Generation I | |||
:Pocket Monsters Red/Green/Blue
:Pokémon Red/Blue | |||
:Pokémon Yellow | |||
:Generation I moves | |||
:Generation I sprites | |||
:Generation I maps | |||
Generation II | |||
:Pokémon Gold/Silver | |||
:Pokémon Crystal | |||
:Generation II moves | |||
:Generation II sprites
:Generation II maps | |||
Generation III | |||
:Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire
:Pokémon FireRed/LeafGreen
:Pokémon Emerald | |||
:Generation III moves | |||
:Generation III sprites
:Generation III maps | |||
etc. | |||
