Hi, I've noticed that you've changed some of the Gen. II sprites to their in-game positions (displaying the Pokémon not centered, but at the bottom right). I don't think there are any official policies, but de facto, almost all sprites from Gen. II and up are centered, so the ones you uploaded stick out and don't look as good in Bulbapedia tables.
