::::::::I do have a HUGE Sugimori Jirachi and besides being a GIF file, its quality hasn't changed, and the animation shows both Jirachi's normal colos and Shiny Colors at http://lightofthestars.com/poke-creators/sugimori.htm (I can't give the image URL as I protected my images from hotlinking) but press CTRL+F and type 'bulbapedia' in the search box, and you'll be led to the Videogame exclusive artwork (which many people on Bulbapedia helped me to rip) and Jirachi is the last image before the 5th Gen Sugimori images.
