Ampersands in image titles tend to cause different time out issues and loading failures when they are used. We usually get around this by cutting the ampersand entirely and naming the images something like "File:Slowpoke Psyduck-GX Box.png". We'll get someone to move the images you have uploaded so far, so don'T worry about those, but going forward it would be appreciated if you could cut the ampersands. Thanks!
