Update: Hisuian Avalugg and Dipplin images also currently have outlines; Hisuian Avalugg is an odd case because the zukan image has outlines, which is unusual for zukan images.
:Right now theres nothing really on paper, and there probably should be. This is a discussion we need to have amongst staff and of course any community thoughts and input on the topic are also welcomed. The historic norm has been to use the Zukan artwork where possible and this of course doesn't contain white outlines, whereas press release artwork released by TPCi usually contains them. While unedited artwork is generally preferred, there isn't any rule that this type of image modification can't be preformed, and I think consistency is an important thing to consider here.
