For cards that were uploaded already, and you would like to upload a better version, could you possibly just upload a new version of the image, instead of a new image that would need an edit on the card page? It is just easier to go on the card image page and upload a new version. But, don't do that for things with names similar to: "Image:101 113 LUCKY.jpg".
