:::::Sorry about taking a while to get back. We've accepted the source in that Reddit thread and I've uploaded what I can from there. (I downsized everything from the 256x256 resolution.) However, it didn't have Happy Pikachu or Winking Raichu/Jigglypuff/Clefairy/Togekiss/Whimsicott/Cottonee. But I see Pokeparaiso does have those and a number of other winking sprites, like Plusle/Minun and Blissey. If you know of any other potential sources for those, that'd be great.
