:That was the best quality I could get it, sorry. It seems that the screen intentionally goes blurry when the move is used... not really sure why. I could be wrong, but it's just how I happened to notice it. Generally, images get tagged for deletion if they aren't used on any page (except for talk pages). The [[:File:Swagger.png|Swagger]] image you tagged was used on the page of the {{m|Swagger|move}} itself. I saw that you created a discussion for it that went unanswered.
