Like the Training Bags, which are kind of random, and the Amie decorations/wallpapers, which would require significant "grinding" to collect in full (I can tell you how to obtain everything, the only reason it isn't a page yet is because of some small doubts I want to shore up). For the hair styles and clothing, to get ''everything'', you'll need to either have two games with your players having different genders, or else reset one to make that happen.
