Everytime I try to reupload [[:File:BW075.png|BW075]]'s image, it keeps on giving me the reasons similar to a page viewed while logged out. There is this third reason saying that I have to be an admin in order to do so, which doesn't make sense since I am an admin. What appears to be wrong?
