			:I'd suggest you not, when I see a file that doesn't show the user, I use {{template\|animated}} so I can track the files that need a reuploading, as I'm trying yo upload animated ones, with the user and target so we don't need pointless parameters; and that way, I can safely add the Mv template. It's up to everyone, though, I'd like to keep it the way it currently is.
