Considering that it compresses it to make it look better in the thumbnail and not look crappy like your jpgs, it should be you who should just stop being an arrogant little jerk to every user who does not upload to your standards. No one wins with uploading images and some people upload differently, get over it. They're only images, get over it. You are treating the staff, regardless of their rank, like crap. Enough is enough.
