Further limits are still being decided upon; however, uploading above such limits will result in a block. " Did you not read that? You're being blocked for uploading over the limit [[:File:025Pikachu Pokémon Pia.png|here]]. I suggest you read up on "fair use", while you take some time off from here. There's a reason a resolution limit is being reinstated again.
