English scan
Hi, I have scanned the English version of this card and would like to upload it. Which way is the the way to go:
A) Simply upload over the existing image, change the licensing template, remove the "Cards from the official card database" category, and request a move
B) Upload the English scan separately, replace the image on the Bulbapedia page, and nominate this (Japanese) version for deletion
