*There are indeed sprites for these two, but they don't show up on [https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Pok%C3%A9mon_with_unique_type_combinations this page] which is why I thought they didn't exist. What needs to be fixed is the link to those sprites in the 'formerly unique' table, where Rattata and Raticate do not appear.
