Well, the Battle Institute [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALeFOY8zOrA appears] to have a similar background, it could be a bit smaller (although it's harder to quit; it'd probably be easiest to just soft-reset). I think that might be the generic indoor background ([http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3UqDcHt17U&t=11m00s Gyms], {{bp|Lumiose City restaurants}}, and {{bp|Kalos Route 18|Inver}} have it as well), but I can't think of anywhere else indoors with (convenient) battles.
