Uploaded scan of Chikorita and the card didn't update properly? Then I went to revert the change thinking I messed up but now the correct card is shown (that I uploaded) in the history?? :Images need to be forced to update most of the time. That's why we leave them to be moved until the English scan is uploaded. Additionally, the scans from Rock Carolina aren't good enough for BREAKpoint. Scans need to be done by our own users (Generations was an exception because it wasn't released officially yet) with the resolution and quality requirements that each other scan receives. It was set up in 2016 as a result of an argument over which version of it should be used, but I feel that this argument has long ago become invalid, what with the dozens of new episodes have aired since then.
