Is it possible for you to delete the archives account "[[user:ChickasaurusA|ChickasaurusA]]" with something like [http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:UserMerge UserMerge]? I created that account in 2010 or earlier after not knowing that my existing Bulbapedia account would work and only made [[:File:ZZAZZ.png|one contribution]] using it.
