:::::Now that Pattyman points that out, I looked and see it also says, "This soft redirect exists to avoid revealing a critical plot twist without warning." User pages are not critical plot twists. A version saying something to the effect of, "Viewing the user profile leaves the Bulbagarden Archives, please click here to confirm", or another wording, might serve the role for the Archives side provided it's scripted for moving to Bulbapedia from Archives and is used for this application, though there may be other applications as well.
