+::As far as Sugimori's artwork images are concerned, transparency is not big of an issue since almost all the images are transparent. Regarding the data, all those images are already available in [http://archives.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Category:Ken_Sugimori_Pok%C3%A9mon_artwork this category].
