+::There is no maximum size. There's the maximum file size, yes, but your file is not permitted to be uploaded if you go over it. Other than that, there's no policy to what size the pictures have to be so long as they follow the usual ratio (which these pictures do cuz they're ripped straight from the episode and are completely unedited), at least to my knowledge. If I alter their size, the pictures get slightly smushed. We have pics like Misty's Golduck for example, that are glued together just because it was the only way to showcase a full body shot of the Pokemon.
