After going through the article again, it seems they are just referred to as "Player Name" in-game, so the "Trainer Card" naming for Gen1 & 2 makes sense. I think the ones one where different names come in to play are SMUSUM and SV, where they are explicitly referred to as "Passport" and "Profile".
+::::::IMO, the more important issue is about the progression collages, since we currently have collages for three games and individual images for one game. If we are considering having a entire gallery at one point, there needs to be a consistent style not just for the naming, but for the images themselves too. If deciding to go with individual images, the ''normal'' card can be named directly as "Trainer Card <GameAbbrv>", but the higher levels might be "Trainer Card <GameAbbrv> <Color>", since half the games just have a diffrent color name for the card instead of a star system. This would come into play instead of the stars in the names for the HGSS ones above.

(I fear this may become a conversation more relevant to Pedia than Archives, but bear with me here). In some games like RSE/FRLG, the badges are small icons on the bottom of the trainer card. In DPPt/HGSS, badges are on one screen of the DS and trainer card on the other. In BW/B2W2, the top screen always shows a Pokemon gym/league logo, and one can switch between badges/trainer card on the bottom screen (with a third view for back of the trainer card). In Gen1-2, the initial view shows the player info on the top half of the screen, with the bottom of the screen showing play time, etc. This can be changed to the badges view on the bottom half, with the top half remaining same.
