Uploaded Transparent Version, Delete This One
I uploaded a transparent (and improved) version at http://archives.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Game_Freak_Whitney_Aipom.png As you may know, JPEGs do not support transparency, and since it mediawiki will not allow a new version of a file with a different file-type to be uploaded, I uploaded a new one.
