== Removing white outline for Sugimori artwork ==
This is mostly in regards to the artwork currently used for Koraidon, Miraidon, Walking Wake, and Iron Leaves, but users have removed the white outline and other users have reverted them to the press release files, which retain the outlines. I then looked at other Sugimori artwork, and some use the direct files from zukan.pokemon.jp and others use the press files with removed outlines (which for whatever reason has been left intact, perhaps aforementioned users never got around to reverting those images or aren't aware that those are technically edited artwork).
I bring this to attention because:
1. For the "stock artwork" section of the page (if it applies to Sugimori's artwork), is/should removing outlines be considered as an alteration that is allowed or not allowed?
2. If removing outlines is allowed, can somebody help with the artwork file pages for the four Pokémon mentioned above? Because on pages like [https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_type_combinations_by_abundance this] it's a bit disorienting to see a few Pokémon with white outlines in a sea and background of Pokémon without outlines.
