talkpage redlinks

Heya, just letting you know, on talk pages, instead of editing dead links in peoples comments, you can use {{red link}}. This will remove the page from showing up in wantedpages while still preserving other peoples comments (that shouldn't be edited). 4iamking 05:53, 6 October 2023 (UTC)

What information is incorrect? You said that the adult in that image is not Aster. As per your information, I edited the summary to remove any mention of Aster. The file already has a move template. Why is it incorrect to mention that the kid in that image is Young Zinnia? If you feel this is incorrect too, please update the move tag and correct the summary instead of completely removing it. → PikaTe pig999 10:24, 21 November 2023 (UTC)

If you'll take a look at the edit history, the first edit by the other user was to completely remove the file summary without a reason, which I undid as I thought it might've been in error. The other user reverted the edit again, completely removing the summary saying that one of the characters was misnamed (or misidentified). So I edited the summary to remove the speculative part and keep only the confirmed parts in the description. This was again removed by the same user, without checking what had been changed, at which point I brought it to the staff's attention. → PikaTe pig999 18:06, 21 November 2023 (UTC)

USUM Battle poses

Apologies for the very late reply, I had no idea that I had messages on the Archives as Bulbapedia doesnt inform you about it.

For the poses I did capture them straight from the game, I didnt add the black background, it was already there. The background fades from black to a splash image, and I thought the black was more useful.

Example:

If you can't see this image let me know and I'll host it somewhere else. If you think one of the frames with the splash background would be better, I can change them.

Regarding the resolution of the animations, I was restricted in what I could upload by the filesize limits. The maximum filesize is 2MB. Otherwise I would have left them at native resolution.

Darkgame9

A user names Darkgame9 has been very helpful in uploading artwork of Pokémon Horizons to Bulbapedia, but they've not added any sort of descriptions, templates, or categories to the images they upload, despite having been told to do so a couple of times. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 12:08, 20 July 2024 (UTC)

Meteor Beam image question

Hey, i'm just wondering, why did you replace my Meteor Beam images with Deoxys a while back? I find the current images unsatisfactory (being taken from the front makes it hard to tell what's going on) and was going to change them but i want to know what prompted your change so i can avoid making that mistake again. Those images were provided by a user on the Bulbagarden discord who were trying to update moves to non-Metronome images. After going through the history, it seems that you had updated the images between their initial assessment of which images needed to be updated and actually getting the images, so Meteor Beam must've been missed. Feel free to revert those back to the Deoxys versions. → Super Pika Pool13 18:09, 2 September 2024 (UTC)

I have updated said Meteor Beam images, as well as Poltergeist since i think my versions shows the animation better and i can only assume the images were taken as part of the same project given both are in the same area. ButSmeargleCan'tUseTheMove (talk) 06:37, 3 September 2024 (UTC)
