Alphanumeric Charecters?

Can somebody edit this so it shows the

'ONLY USE ALPHANUMERIC CHARACTERS, DASH, AND UNDERSCORE IN YOUR FILENAMES. Other characters, especially multibyte characters such as Japanese text, may cause server errors. (e.g. ピカチュウ {Pikachu}.jpeg)'?
