Anime screenshots
If possible, could you please upload anime screenshots as .pngs, not .jpgs? Chocolate 18:00, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
- Why do i need to do that? And how do I convert a .jpg file to a .png file? Hmdwgf 18:07, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
- 1. You need to do it because TTEchidna, the highest authority on Bulbapedia said that anime screenshots need to .pngs.
- How come you're still uploading .jpgs? Chocolate 23:16, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
- They do need to be pngs with lowercase extensions. It would be prefered if you wouldn't upload jpgs at all. Also, try to give the images more concise and correct names. "Capture12" says nothing about what the image is. Maverick Nate 20:30, 5 January 2009 (UTC)
- Who cares? What person who visits this website is going to look at the website and look at my images and say "well i see the picture, but i still have no idea what it is" after they read the text at the bottom of the image in smaller size on a page on this website? I am not concise about my image names because I don't want anyone to find them and use them for other purposes but me. I may seem like a control freak, but that's who I am. - Because it is policy to name them something that actually has to do with the image. Those long image names are pointless an not helpful to anyone. And also, if you plan to keep them all to yourself and not let them be used anywhere, and only by yourself, they all count as personal images and you can only keep two. Now, which is it? are you going to start following the policy about naming images correctly, or are you wanting to get blocked? Maverick Nate 00:23, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
- Just because it was a long time ago, doesn't mean you get to forget. Maverick Nate 03:23, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
