File name change

The name of this file needs to be changed to "Hidden Power ORAS", as does Hidden Power 2 ("Hidden Power ORAS 2"). I did some research and found that the animation for Hidden Power is different for X and Y. I am Mikoro (wanna talk?) 17:16, 5 March 2016 (UTC)
