Congratulations on your promotion, and merry Christmas! My request is, should moves have individual categories, like the Pokémon do? Some moves have a fair number of images (Hyper Beam), and it would be more helpful having all their anime, manga, game, etc. images in one place. It wouldnt be too hellish to implement, since a couple of edits to the move templates would automatically add the respective move category to almost every move image, and the only real work would be creating the categories.
