:::::::So, you complain when fragments don't get periods, but you won't complain when the Categories' titles aren't capitalized? The categories' names are just titles of the pages, and titles should be capitalized at all times... and we really don't want to have Bulbapedia written like a bunch of four year olds, because only people so young wouldn't understand the laws of the English language. And, it takes less time to put the e instead of the é in Pokémon, but that doesn't mean we should go around not putting in the é just because "it takes less time to type." Good things take time, and having the categories capitalized is a good thing. Holding down the shift key barely takes any time at all, so please capitalize titles of categories.
