Heya, it's great to see new users trying out the Archives :). However, I would like to ask you why you are uploading Russian TCG card images and how you intend to use them. For reference all images uploaded to the archives should be relevant for Bulbapedia, and on bulbapedia for TCG cards we specifically have a rule that we allow 1 upload per card art, and English scans are always preferred over foreign language scans. This requirement can be waived however if the image has another use case, other than the standard use of TCG card images on TCG card pages.
