Hello, you are not wrong about the consistency but just for the sake of it, a [http://archives.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=File:Shiny_Sandile.png&curid=107220&diff=265376&oldid=265345 perfectly animated] image should not be tagged with the "bad image" template. If you want it to be replaced by a Sandshrew one, it will be rather appropriate to ask the user for it than tagging it.
