There are actually two reasons for me uploading HGSS images: 1) those attacks don't have a Gen IV image yet, and 2) I prefer playing HG over D/P/Pt (I have Pt, thus it's a lot less interesting). I don't personally see a problem with some of the screenshots being from HGSS if the move was the same in DPPt, but if English screenshots should be preferred even if it means keeping a Gen III screenshot, I'll refrain from uploading any more HGSS move screenshots.
