::: I'm assuming Victini can't be battled in dungeons? If so, we should remove the image from the page, but we can keep the image and just note that it's an unobtainable unused image but present in the game data. I very much suspect Kecleon does use Shadow Sneak in dungeons (it does so in SMD).
