The only restrictions mentioned in the FAQ are for uploading "over" a file. It'd be awesome if new users weren't left in the dark about this, short of asking a staff member. ::P.S. The [[Special:UncategorizedFiles]] page only has 3 images in it right now. Do I have to just randomly search files and see if they need more categories?? ...A suggestion of where/how to look to add categories might also be useful in the FAQ. (If there is in fact any option better than "just look and see what needs more categories". Though that would also be useful knowledge in its own way.)
