:"Innocent until proven guilty" is part of the legal system and has nothing to do with internal rulings of a private entity. Regardless of that, I did a thorough check of your uploads and compared them against other fansites and found that every sprite checked matched up to the pixel, other than file dimensions. That wouldn't have been an issue, except that their sprites had slight quirks on them. Interestingly, every menu sprite that I reviewed also had those quirks. That considered, there's no doubt in my mind that the sprites you uploaded were not obtained through your use of a capture card and were actually taken from another fansite. | |||
