The article using the images in question, [http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Paul Paul], specifically stated that the images used are unsatisfactory because they were JPG. I was trying to edit the images to conform to Bulbapedia standards. Given that your talk page shows numerous users displeased with your reverts, I request that you tell me where this rule is stated before further doing anything to my edits.
