Will you be able to update the file you uploaded with the colours used by Bulbapedia for regions (Help:Color templates#Regions)? → PikaTe pig999 03:39, 25 December 2023 (UTC)

Yes I actually just remade it with the correct colours and the galar subregions yesterday, but when I tried to update the file I couldn't figure out how. The file history section says "You cannot overwrite this file.", are there different permission levels for uploading vs overwriting files? --Jump Drive (talk) 13:52, 25 December 2023 (UTC)

You have to be autoconfirmed in order to upload a new version of a file. In order to become autoconfirmed, you'll need to make a certain number of edits to the archives (uploading new files, adding categories to images, updating summaries, etc.). Storm Aurora (talk) 16:02, 25 December 2023 (UTC)

The map you uploaded

Where did you get that Unova is based on all of New York state and parts of upper New Jersey? It appears to map pretty 1:1 with Manhattan and the immediate surrounding areas. -Minibug (talk) 15:21, 26 December 2023 (UTC)

From the Pokémon world in relation to the real world article: "Unova is based on New York City as well as parts of northeastern New Jersey. Both states are part of the United States." The map was made for use on that article, so I tried to match the locations listed in it. --Jump Drive (talk) 16:07, 26 December 2023 (UTC)
