Welcome

Welcome to the Bulbagarden Archives, Ms. Who!

By creating your account you are now able to upload images to help Bulbapedia and Bulbanews. Before you jump in, take a look at these helpful tips:

  • Uploaded images must meet several requirements. Please see the upload form and/or manual of style before you upload a new image.
  • All images need categories and license tags. Save time and fill them out as you upload. There are many different licenses - be sure to pick the best fit.
  • Use meaningful filenames. Make them descriptive so that searchers can find your images easily.
  • Personal images are no longer allowed. Any personal images found will be deleted on sight.
  • If you don't have any images to submit, you can still help out.
  • If you have any more questions, see the FAQ or ask a staff member.
Thank you, and have a good time uploading here!

ThunderShock image

Instead of creating a new file for ThunderShock's animation, you should upload it to File:ThunderShock III.png instead by clicking on the upload a new version located on the bottom of the page. It will save you time in the long run. Pattyman (talk) 21:45, 15 August 2012 (UTC)

Also, few other things. For first, a browser that isn't compatible with anipng will see just a Pikachu doing nothing. For second, that file is big. You should optimize it (or ask someone else to do that). There should be programs (including free as far as I know) for that. I don't remember how I got mine. I knew about the browser compatibility. My problem was the old picture kept showing up instead of the new one. And I tried compressing the file as much as I could but the anipng maker I'm using wouldn't compression over nine. I could probably try optimizing the images before hand with something else if I do another animation. Do you know if Adobe Flash has the ability to save as an anipng?
