::::::Strange. I don't think I've ever had that problem. I've had a look at the preferences to see if there's anything that may be overriding it, but I can't see anything. Next time you upload an image, see if you can replicate the issue. If you can't, great; but if you do, try uploading one without the <nowiki>==Summary==</nowiki> when you paste the information.
