:You don't just become an admin. There's a lot of work and time in that. Some users are granted special permission and are given access during the lockdown, but this is only a handful and is only granted to those that the staff deems capable enough. I can propose your request to edit during the lockdown to other staff, but I can't promise you will be granted access. The lockdown is there for a reason, it is to ensure all information during the release of ORAS is added smoothly without any setbacks. The staff tries to do anything in their power to make sure Bulbapedia is open to everyone again as soon as possible, but until that time, please have patience.
