:The "sky" beyond the clouds gets lighter as you go down a level. It might be better to have a common background (like black) but that is why I did it that way. As for the split, Giratina's area is actually a separate part of the map - when you step on the last tile on B7F, your "enter" that area, and the bottom tile in Giratina's area is cut off beyond that, as well as having a different color background and more rocks. | |||
