:There is almost always a "skip first frame" option included in anipng creation software. I use APNG Assembler, and when I make an anipng with it, I drag the still frame for upsupported browsers in there first, then the rest of the frames. Under Playback Settings, I select the option to skip the first frame. Hope this helps.
