:::::::I'll be honest, I suspected it might be fan art as well but if it is the artist drew/traced it as accurately as possible. I can't remember exactly where it came from because I deleted the original image but I did edit it to match a definitely official picture I found. ::::::::Sorry, it's released after japanese blue. i got my dates mixed up. but does not seems to be from japanese blue either. japanese blue released in oct 1996. first usage in japanese media that i know of is fossil TCG (June 1997).
