I'm not sure. One, PNG to png is actually a minor thing (though highly recommended). So, technically, I didn't need to move it unless a change to something other than the title is needed. I don't understand the warnings...

I have got 3 warnings about categorising cards or something like that. When I am uploading cards, I make sure I choose 'TCG card' at the bottom. I only forgot it once, but I still get warnings, and perhaps I'll be blocked for something I don't understand at all... Can this be clearly said, please? (I'm feeling nervous...) Oh, so you're confused. No worries. What I'm saying is that you put on each file the category. As I've stated before, add 2 categories (Pokémon category and expansion category). See the edits that were made to the files you uploaded for instance. The bottom of each file has a section that talks about what categorization the file is in. That way one can easily find it, instead of only in one section (licensing). That part you're doing fine in. Here's an example of what I'm talking about. ht14 03:01, 1 January 2010 (UTC)

I uploaded a lot of pictures but nowadays, I mostly upload new episodes headers, main characters and their Pokémon team images. I also replaced a lot of old low quality images with the better one. There's also a matter of Japanese GSC sprites using a format different than the one set by the Echidna. Transparency

I am not able to remove the template. There is no option for me to change it, nor can I edit the source. I also do not change the size of the animation. If I were to let's say, resize the gif, the loss in quality would be unacceptable. So if the file I download is 40x40, I upload it the same size. Same with the correct size of 56x56. Thank you. PNG vs JPG

Surprisingly, neither was I. You seemed not to understand what I wanted then told me to tag them which I did. I then asked on your talk page for at least 2 weeks during which no mention of such a debate was made. Since you had yet to present me with an objection, I figured that ht's standing as an admin here would place him in a position that would allow him to make the decision. I then asked him to do some moving of Gen II jp sprites and since he seemed willing to move the Cherrim sprites, I moved them all at the same time (since I had been informed that they were all being used in so many places moving them would be a hassle). Thinking that they were being moved, I reverted one person on two pages. I mean, you can still use that site, I just want a way to know which ones are from there so that we can replace them later. Template:i-Fairuse-carddb is just a good way because I want every image with that tag to be replaced anyway. You can take more from there, just use this other tag. Hai like two questions.

Hey. So I've been uploading BW attack images from Category:Moves_in_need_of_a_screenshot and I've done all of them but one annoying one which requires a double/triple battle. Anyway, I noticed that some of the attacks have their image listed as none.png and thus don't show up on that list. Is there anyway that I can easily find these attacks that don't have an image but use none.png?

Also, when I start uploading BW images for attacks from previous gens that use gen IV images, should I put the delete tag on those images I replace that don't have the file name (attackname).png?

Ok, in relevance to the first question. I have no answer to that, sorry. You'll have to search for those at the moment...
As for the second question, we are currently planning to implement something similar to the route pages, where we are able to showcase different images per generation, only this one with moves. So, at the moment, you can first request move of the Generation IV image and then upload the Generation V move image on the proper name. So for instance, you can request move of File:Wrap.png (maybe not a real image, just an example) to File:Wrap IV.png. After that's done, upload a file titled File:Wrap.png, and then problem solved. ht14 04:27, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
Don't put delete tags on the older generation moves, we're keeping them for archive purposes. If they exist at (movename).png put a move tag on it so we can move it to another name, and you can upload the Gen V version at a different name. Don't change anything in the infobox, as it should use {movename).png. Someone will move the older image and move the newer gen to the correct name.
