The image you deleted is not from a official stock site, however in the manual of style there is a line that says that "Stock artwork should be made by official sources. If no such artwork is available yet, artwork by non-official sources may be used.", I consider your deletion a very rude action towards me (who was acting in good faith and trying to help bulbapedia and enhance its visual presentation hence Genesect infobox uses a sprite) and I won't discuss any further, I won't bring up guidelines and permissions that will result in your blatant action to be rolled back just because the power of the adminship got over your own head.
